How are you different from other coaches?

We both started our ballet training at an early age. Because of this, we have been working with the body and movement for over 20 years. This gives us a lot of practical experience and know-how that cannot be obtained through simple training. Due to the high stress in ballet, we also had to learn how to prevent injuries. This knowledge also supports us very often when our customers have complaints in the musculoskeletal system.

Can you recommend exercise equipment or tools to use at home?

Rubber bands are the best choice for at home or on vacation. They are lightweight, do not take up much space and are a great tool for full body exercises.
If you have a little more space at home, you also have great options with the TRX, a stepper and small weights.

Do I have to pay extra for nutritional advice and creating a meal plan?

If you decide to become our customer, we would be happy to advise you on the subject of nutrition. This service does not have to be paid extra.
