From ballet to
personal training
We, Stefanie Ringler and Marc Ringler, are RIWA. After our career as professional ballet and stage dancers, we decided to work in the field of fitness and health. We both completed a 9-year degree as a stage dancer and various training courses as personal trainer in the areas Medical Fitness, Pilates and Functional training.
In our time as ballet dancers we gained knowledge about movement mechanisms, cooperation between body and mind, prevention of injuries and many more related topics linked to the human body and movement.
Also our own injuries from the time of being a professional dancer made us understand more about the rehabilitation progress.
With this knowledge and enthusiasm for body and movement we are at your disposal and look forward to seeing you!

About Stefanie
As a trained BASI® Pilates and Medical Fitness personal trainer, Stefanie fully incorporates her knowledge of ballet into your training. Is your goal to improve your posture, develop more flexibility and a strong core? Then you are exactly right with her. In a creative way, Stefanie lets you practice the exercises tailored to you in a playful way. Whether with Pilates, bodyweight training, small equipment or even a barre workout based on barre ballet. With Stefanie you get you the optimal mix of effective training, fun and a coordinative challenge.


About Marc
With Marc as a medical fitness personal trainer, mental trainer and former ballet dancer, you will improve your quality of life. General fitness, pain reduction, endurance, strength, speed and agility are on the training plan. It motivates you to push yourself to your limits to achieve your goals.
Whether outside in VitaParkour, strength-endurance training with us or boxing training, it never gets boring.
Even after injuries, Marc can help you with rehabilitation training.
Über Hannah
Hannah bringt als ausgebildete Personaltrainerin im klassischen Pilates
und ehemalige Bühnentänzerin eine effektive Kombination aus Koordination, Beweglichkeit und Stärke in dein Training.
Der Fokus wird auf das Verständnis deiner Körperhaltung gelegt und gestärkt.
Falls du nach einer physischen wie auch mentalen Balance suchst, die deine Tiefen-und Gesamtmuskulatur am Körper stärkt, bist du bei Hannah am richtigen Ort. Je nach deinem individuellen Bedarf setzt Hannah eine kreative Trainingsgestaltung für dich zusammen. Das Training setzt sich zusammen aus klassischem Pilates, spezifischem Skoliose Pilates, Yoga, Ballett, Funktionales Training und Polarity Therapie.
